Committed is a trait in Symphony of War. Committed is a Unit Trait that decreases the capacity cost of this unit by -1. It can be obtained by a unit as the squad this unit is in participates in battle and takes objectives. As the squad this unit is in continues to participate in battle and taking objectives, this trait will be replaced by Loyal.
Compared to the time for a unit to lose the Non-commital trait, it will take a much longer time for your units to gain Committed trait through combats and capturing objectives.
