Overview
Mentor is a Unique Trait on Barnabas that increases the LDR growth of units in his squad.
Strategies
Mentor is a very useful trait to build up units to become leaders of their own squads. When combined with Mentorship technology, it means units in Barnabas's squad will rapidly gain LDR and can then be used to lead squads of their own when the squad capacity limit is increased in later chapters.
