Benevolent is a learnable trait in Symphony of War. It adds +50% LDR growth from Surrenders. As such, it is a trait that improves the benefits from surrendering a squad and improving the LDR growth of the squad leader. It works well when paired with Silver-Tongued, which improves the success rate of Surrenders. It's also being able to work together with the Skull of Rowdain.
Never give this trait to Dark Knight Zelos, as his Hand of Zanatus trait will make it impossible for enemy squads to surrender.
