Unassuming

Unassuming is a trait in Symphony of War that will make this unit less likely to be targeted in battle. Its the counterpart of Imposing, which increases the odds of being targeted.

This trait is useful on vulnerable units that you don't want to be taking damage from, such as Mages, cannons, Gunners and Healers. It should be used on units either after the front line and in case of Assassin/Rogue, it's a viable method to get them hurt. It can be combined with Imposing on a stronger unit at the back. Another use of this trait is to apply to character in the center. In case of area-of-effect attacks from cannons, mages and dragons, it will then target someone else, and the splash damages could be applied to less characters.

It is not recommended to give this trait to a front row unit. Doing so will make the other front row units get targeted more, reducing their survivability.
