Soldier Captain is a trait in Symphony of War.
Overview
Soldier Captain is a Leader Trait that will make any Heavy Infantry unit in the squad costs 2 less capacity.
Strategies
Soldier Captain is effective at creating backbone defensive armies full of heavy infantry that can be used to defend against enemy attacks and bait enemy armies to come closer to you.
A typical use of Soldier Captain is to have a row of Heavy Infantry at the front and back rows of a squad, allowing it to defend against both front attacks, but also attacks from Assassin and Rogue.
This trait or any other traits will have no effect on the squad leader himself/herself. The squad leader will still cost 10 capacity no matter what.
This trait also affects Risen Soldiers, Risen Spearmen, and Risen Warriors.
