The Cyrene's Regalia is an Epic artifact in Symphony of War. Cyrene's Regalia is an excellent artifact to use in a heavy magic-wielding squad. It provides a healthy boost to MAG and MHP without any real downside, other than a fairly high CAP cost.
In case that more magic boost of one artifact is required, the Blood Staff can be considered, but that artifact does have significant penalty to health.
