Strategies
The Elegant Blade is a somewhat useful artifact in that it has a negative CAP cost, meaning it grants extra capacity to the squad, allowing more units or other artifacts to be added to the squad that would otherwise put the squad over its limit. It also give a slight boost to SKL and a slight decrease to STR, though they are negligible.
