Effect: +3% evasion.
Strategies
The Shinobi Gi provides a small boost to evasion and a good boost to SKL, making it a bit of a mix of the Trueshot Bow and Puffin Feather Amulet. Combining those three artifacts together in a Light Infantry or Light Cavalry squad will give a tremondous boost to the squad. This artifact is also pretty decent by itself.
