Strategies
The Grothnor Lich's Skull allows a squad to create Risen troops and to obtain Mark of the Risen items when the squad kills enemy units. It is effectively like having a Necromancer in the squad. If the squad has a Necromancer, it increases the unlife generated by the squad, allowing it to resurrect Risen units more effectively.
