The Mercurial Shoes is a Legendary artifact in Symphony of War, which was added with the Legends DLC. It allows the squad to fly and increases their mobility, but at the expense of many penalties. The Mercurial Shoes allows any squad to become airborne, including units that are otherwise not allowed to fly, such as Cavalry and Siege Cannon. It is a great addition to any squad.
Its found in the South timed chest in Legend Chapter 6. It's a timed chest and it must be reached within 8 turns or else its gone.
