Effect: Melee attackers can attack up and down the walls.
Strategies
The Kesh's Toolkit is useful in that it allows melee units to attack enemy units that are positioned on walls. Since the game has a significant number of walls, it's always nice to have a squad that can take on the enemy squads on the walls.
This artifact is also good when you are in the defensive position, such as in chapter 12 and 26. Usually, there are walls that you can take advantage of, and placing squads with this artifact up the walls will give them chances to attack enemy squads with little to no retaliation.
