The Blood Staff is an Epic artifact in Symphony of War. Its an interesting artifact, providing the biggest MAG boost of any artifact at the expense of a significant loss to MHP and a fairly high CAP cost. It can be useful in Dragon squads where the HP loss will not be as noticeable.
Cyrene's Regalia does profit a boost to both hp and magic, with the same requirement of capacity, but the magic boost is halved.
