Drops
The Iblis Family Signet is given as a reward in Chapter 27 after successfully force surrendering all but 3 of the Imperial Squads.
Strategies
The Iblis Family Signet is a powerful artifact giving your entire army a boost to hit and evasion. This stacks with Lysander's Field Marshal trait. It does not stack with itself if you have multiple copies from NG+ runs.
Due to the bonus in HP, it is best equipped on a squad that will be tanking damage. It is also good to use on a squad of Risen providing an important boost to their naturally low HP.
