Heartseeker
The Heartseeker is an Epic artifact in Symphony of War and grants all units inside the squad an effect comparable with the trait Bowmanship, at a hefty expense of magic score and maximum health. This increases damage of every archery of the squad, by negating bonuses from wood and walls with archery attacks, the enemy squad would normally receive in these terrains. It also increases damage with the +7 bonus to strenght.
Whether the penalties are worth, depends on how often the archery squad would be involved in combat in which they can also be attacked. If that is few or seldom, it can be worth it. If it regular, the penalties can be considered outweighing the advantages of the artifact. For mixed squads or squads with few archers, the artifact is not recommended, due to the penalties.
